Sally used to call an old house on Colombo Street ‘The Adam’s Family House’

Other friends called it ‘The Haunted House.’ Sally adored the decrepit old Victorian home with its turret and lacy fretwork on first sight. Despite the tumbledown condition of the house, it was natural that when she imagined an Academy of Dance which was sufficiently grand to have a doorman, that old home was the building she envisaged. Recently, someone has loved the house enough to restore it and run it as a children’s kindergarten. Now, it looks just as Sally had imagined it in Deputy Dan and the Mysterious Midnight Marauder.
